I'm sure UConn basketball has not always been clean as the driven snow, but if we were paying under Ollie, Tremont Waters wouldn't have stepped foot in the state of Louisiana.

The Spring commitment is not a surprise. He likes adding offers and hasn’t wanted to commit to his last four visits. Get your guard and big in the Fall, see how the last spot shakes out. Maybe Cliff falls to them or they get lucky with another player who wanted to bet on himself with his senior season or post-grad results with a later commitment.

Agree, or of course he could change his mind. But, most likely he is waiting for a spot to open up at UK once they lose in the NCAA’s tournament again and their guys declare for the draft.

Agreed, if there was no Kentucky I think we would get a fall Cliff commitment and even though Kentucky isn't really interested in Big Cliff he's over the top into them. It's annoying.

Insiders have indicated CT is not likely to be coming to Ct but not etched in stone. If he and one of the bigs we’re recruiting commits making it work won’t be a problem.

I want kids who want UConn. It would be nice to have a big big like Cliff but have a slight preference for Cardwell. If he wants UConn it’s a no brainer.

I hear you but guys like Donyell, Ben and Boat wanted somewhere else and it worked out pretty well for us!
