He didn't say effort, he said habit.
I noted both.He didn't say effort, he said habit.
thank you for the clarification. I would hate to have people think Kiah was lazy or something. I think Geno would have done something if she was lazy and didn't give a damn. I never got that feeling from her effort on the court. He didn't say effort, he said habit.
I just don't see ND being the best team in their own conference, never mind national champions.

I will never, never, never admit that Uconn was not the best team in their conference! Stats and Records lie!In ND's defense, last year they WERE the best team in their own conference and they did NOT win the National Championship and UConn was NOT the best team in their own conference and they DID win the National Championship.![]()

Injuries are part of the game, especially in wcbb. It is not unreasonable to discuss how teams will fare if/when injuries occur.
UConn was the best team. You play that FF game 10 times, UConn wins 10 times. OK, 9. Maybe. They were a machine by the time spring had sprung. In college hoop, teams are judged by where they are in March, not January.

When Stewie became Stewie UConn proved beyond a doubt they were the best team. Per Kara " I have seen the future, her name is Breanna Stewart, she wears number 30 for UConn."Uconn lost to ND twice in the month of March before beating them for the 1st time all year in April.
So, Clay - ND is immune to the possibility of injury, huh ? What happens if Achonwa or McBride go down with an injury ???
