Those are essentially the new home jerseys, I think the coaches/players/fans all love them
Absolutely. These are among the best Unis in sports, though I’m biased.

I get that it's not part of the current official branding, but what a total no-brainer. They looked especially good against Miami's absolute trash uniforms that look like glorified practice pinnies.

There's a special place in heart for the jerseys with the full "CONNECTICUT" on them. Here's my 1990 Chris Smith jersey.
I thought these were really good but they never wear them.
Not classic like UConn, but nice.

I’m probably one of the few that actually liked Miami’s uniforms. I thought they looked cool. I don’t think we could pull that off though. UConn has way too much tradition but it is fun for players and recruits to see something eye catchy. That’s the only reason we have the black uniforms. I’m not a fan of them but it’s about how you play not how you look.

i agree.. the old doggie head looked like a dog. the new one looks like a wolf.
and i'm not the only one who thinks so. recently i tried an alternate launcher on my Firestick called Wolf Launcher.
don't know if the author was a UConn fan or not but the icon for the launcher was exactly like the current logo.
seems there's a copyright issue but that's another story.
