2 years if he stays in big east, that is still a rule right?

Remember we recruited this kid, thought it was weird when he committed to cinci.

Am I missing something - why would we be looking to bring in the #5 rusher on Cincy's squad from 2012? He has 2 years are has to sit out one.

He is a former teammate of Brian Lemmelle. Maybe he can convince him to come north east!

Bad news, because we are still in the BE, he can't transfer to another BE school. Oh well.

If he transfers with in the conference does he sit a year?

From my understanding, I may be wrong, I didn't check before I originally posted, I think the BE has a rule that states that you can't transfer to any school within the conference, again, not too sure.

This would mean cutting another scholarship in the fall. Plus CT is loaded for running backs this year. I would rather bring in 1 or 2 of them.

Remember that every player in the history of college football that transfers should always consider transferring to UConn.

Long live the Bryce McNeal saga

Just a stupid Big East rule. Part of the reason the SEC is so good is that they're able to keep talent in house in regards to transfers.

Coaches can have some influence on where they let a kid transfer to (remember Edsall being criticized for not letting a kid transfer to Vandy because he believed there was some illegal contact coming from Vandy coaching staff?) they usually dont let the player transfer within the conference so this probably doesn't matter much
