Either way, if Cincy knows that they are in before anyone else, I would hope they lobby for us as well. They can bring a budding rivalry with them.

Not that it would surprise me either way (Big12 after all), but that one tweet that mentioned whispers of a Monday announcement when the Big 12 has said it didn't want to disrespect or upstage the AAC during its football media days which are Monday and Tuesday, has me skeptical at best. Unless of course UConn is included in such announcement because this wait is killing me.

She would be crazy to be leaking it. I thought the Big 12 was going to wait on an announcement until after the AAC Conference Media Days which are on Monday and Tuesday.

I live part time in the hill country northeast of Mandalay. I just thought it funny that the "announcement" was at an appropriate time here (Sun. a.m.) but was made Sat. night in the US.
