Pj great you made my point very eloquently. A recruiting class with 3 of your top 5 incoming players being either chronically injured or consistently reinjuring themselves is a not a good recruiting class which is why I said its a flawed recruiting class. Add Larrier to that mix and it becomes 4 of 6 with severe injuries. With Larrier and Alterique we still lost to Wagner and Northeastern. With Larrier we still got blown out against a mediocre OK State team before he got injured that game. What we are missing is toughness, pride, and will to win. This Cinci team didn't even play that great for most of the game, it's not like they are some dominant team, they are not its just the AAC stinks. Ollie keeps saying the team is not following the scouting report, well here is a novel idea do something about it. He should call a timeout immediately once he notices one missed assignment at the beginning of the game and lay into whoever made the mistake. He needs to hold players accountable whether its Amida, Jalen, Rod,etc. P.S. Amida doesnt need help with a double team to guard his man in the post which always leads to an easy open 3 for the other team. Amida doesn't need a double team as he has height, length, and hops. Stop double teaming passively with Vance or Rod or Kentan, etc. Our perimeter guys need to either double team with a purpose or stop and stay attached to their man.
