When have we seen this before? Getting burned by 3's in the 1st half and not getting the ball inside. Only Shabazz is doing anything. 11 pts.

Defense hasn't been good, and they've had a couple of lucky bounces.

We sure would be able to weather the storm a bit easier if we didn't have so many empty trips. Turnover after turnover and shots where there is little hope of an offensive rebound.

Horrible play by Giffey to end the half. Just go up and get the freaking ball.

Lamb and Shabazz have been terrible. (yes, I know Bazz has scored, he's made a lot of god awful decisions..) They both look exhausted.

Wasn't ND something like 0-10 in the second half? So, in the last two halves, the Huskies have given up 7 for 24, which is fine. You just have to hope it evens out. When the bank shots are going in, all you can do is grind through it, get in good defensive rebounding position, and rely on the law of averages.

Given Cinci's style, this was bound to be a game where not having RB would hurt. But there is still half #2.

this game worried me alot. Cincy played UCONN tough in the tourney last year, and there is no Kemba this year as the go to guy, basically the same Cincy team.
With Lamb's game, it has been spotty at best the last few, and that becomes an issue on offense. No low block game to be counted on, strictly gun it up and hope for the best, and when Lamb is off, it is very disjointed. Napier is forced to do too much, which always seems to lead to alot of ugly offensive sets.
Gotta believe/hope the 3's cool off for Cincy in the 2nd half. Still waiting for the team to show some semblance of cohesion on either end of the floor this season.
They seem to be distracted quite alot, don't know what it is. Hope they piece it together soon and get a natural flow going

The turnovers, Shabazz and Jeremy trying to crossover, lack of being able to catch a pass. We have to be the worst team guarding the perimeter. But can we please try to run a different offense other than Shabazz running pic and roll. We have to get the ball to Jeremy where he can do something and must get someone on the inside to do something. Let's go UCONN!

I did. Was hoping Lamb would do a Kemba and crumple to the floor so Gates would get called for a T. I hate Gates.
