Just a small note about this - Chris is Not "Assistant Head Coach". She is "Associate Head Coach". I think that might be the distinction that makes entry into the hall more likely.

Why would a title of Associate Head Coach be more HOF worthy? Not debating it, I am genuinely curious.

I know this won't be a popular decision, but I have a tough time arguing an assistant/associate head coach belongs in the Hall.

I'm also confident saying that, had CD taken a job as a head coach elsewhere, she'd be in the WBHOF already.
