Hebard also had a double-double 12-11.

She was my choice for the Lynx at #6. :(
Seems like a lot of rookies are stepping up when given a real opportunity.

How do people feel about Lauren Cox's rookie season? I know she had a bit of a delay to the beginning of her season. Seems like she hasn't been all that impactful so far.

She’ll be alright. She’s a diabetic who had COVID and a short camp.

Cox had 6 pts, 3 reb, 4 ast (second highest on team), 1 steal in 17 min. Not terrible. She likes being the team player over the spotlight one.

Could end up being similar to her college career, where it took her a year to get off the ground.

Also, its somewhat hard for her to consistently get minutes with Dupree playing 30 MPG, McCowan playing 20 MPG, and Achonwa playing 19 MPG.

.-.
Isn’t there supposed to be a limit to the amount of dribbles a player takes for it to still count as an assist?
I can't find anything about the WNBA rule, but the NBA rule (unlike NCAA) doesn't count dribbles. The requirement is the scorer shoots or drives to the basket immediately.
