I said on two different threads that she wouldn't announce tonight because she doesn't want to detract from the team's celebration. She wants the moment to be for the we, not the me. That's just the way our girls are.

I'm pretty sure someone started cutting onions or kicking up dust because when the trio was subbed out of the game, I got a bit teary-eyed. It has been an absolute pleasure watching these three play and grow over their four years at UConn.
