It wasn't so much the press (except when Chong came in and ignited their run). Our half-court offense has not been good this quarter.

Only UConn can jettison 16 points of their lead and still have 21 left. I am betting that Geno will want a little more clock runoff with each posession, unless there is any easy opportunity.

They are fatigued, mentally. It happens. They just want it to be over. They need another guy--with Lou out--to come in fresh who's got energy. But Geno doesn't trust anyone beyond #6.

Chong? Didn't see her come in...

Players could taste the win, so they stopped playing. Not Syracuse.

The 16-0 run that got them within 17. Epic stuff for them to build on. Even tell their grandchildren about someday.
"And, we really made them angry!! It was insane!!! And then we were, like, jumping around...oh man. Wait...fast forward to that 10 minutes in the 3rd quarter again!!"

That's because the one possession she was in, she threw the ball right into the defender's arms, leading to a layup and an injection of momentum for Syracuse.

We got 10 more minutes. I would run a full court press on Syracuse for the first 2-3 minutes on all makes. Then fall back into a 3-2 zone trapping on the wings for a few minutes. Mix things up a bit.

Wow. Doris: I don't know a competitive female athletic who wouldn't want to be coached by Geno Auriemma. Hear that all your 5 star high schoolers?

But could we please do something about Doris otherwise....jeez...what drivel....

I remember being on campus when the women's program was a joke at Connecticut. Our health class would be in session when the Lady Huskies were holding practice. Those were the days.

Personally I do not know any.
I have heard of Diamond Deshields, Aja Wilson (+ the apostrophe) and Lauren Cox.

We were on the way to a 100 points.
