Champions League coming to The Rent

NYCFC can confirm the dates, times and venues for the Club's upcoming Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League (SCCL) tie against Guatemalan side Comunicaciones FC. The home leg will be held on Tuesday, March 8 at 8:00pm ET at Pratt & Whitney Stadium in East Hartford, CT. Of course the early forecast is for a cold rain.

Great crowd tonight thought the place was going to explode when Guatemala scored! Surprised food and beer wasn't geared to Spanish people. but good time tonight

The roar when the opening NYCFC goal was taken down (correctly) via VAR made it clear who owned the stands. It was a good move, for TV anyway, to stack the crowd opposite the cameras as the place looked packed.

I just heard that NYCFC's next Cup game will also be in The Rent. Probably against Seattle.
