Watch Lang - he was slated to start for the Rockets last year, but they lost him before the season started. I could see him and Porter starting with the YSU transfer at the slot. Ross could see playing time, he looked the part in limited action at Syracuse but apparently feuded with a coach that wound up getting fired.

I had no idea Juergens still had eligibility. If he’s back then I have to imagine he’s starting and Chan also has an inside track as a part time starter this year.

Has Antolovich ever played? He’s been on the roster, even the 2 deep forever, but I can’t remember him actually getting in the game.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that other teams made a hard run at someone like Cam Edwards. But if there is any criticism to be assigned at this point it would probably be the appearance that they did not do enough to retain a solid nucleus at OL. Of course that does not mean we can't put something good on the field. It's just that continuity in that position group has value. I have no idea what it would have cost to retain most of those guys. Overall we have some proven guys coming in and guys that would seem to have a high ceiling at multiple positions.

On paper, we seem to have the pieces needed to keep this train moving forward. If we can get into a P3/4, I think we will see an instant upgrade of talent and competitiveness with the additional cash. Hoping Candle gets us there and if successful is patient until it happens.

Don't know if Aruda's article got his roster info from the 2026 list that Uconn currently has on it's website....if so I'd guess their website guy (nothing new) hasn't been watching portal info as well as Medic has. There are guys listed as grads going on 6 years and supposed to be out of eligibility. Also they list guys for 2026 who have reported to be committed elsewhere...So who knows?

I feel like we couldn't get stops all year. Makes sense there could be ten teams worse than us but crazy to think there were 50 teams worse than us
