I did add another option for the men's board that wasn't available here, mostly because they complained a lot more about not having that option. I also added another question. If I ever do this again (now I remember why I didn't do it more often), I'll be more consistent with the questions.

Wow a slightly different age difference. Exactly 50% of the men's board is under 40 yrs old. Only 7.4% of the women's board is....but if wisdom comes with age...the women's board rules!!

I hesitate to provide the quote about this from Oscar Wilde (uh, because many Boneyard women's board folks should remember that name and the quote anyway...)...but it's one of my "50 favorites" about life, and there are a few BY regulars who may not be familiar with it.

He said "With age comes wisdom, but sometimes age comes alone".
