Samson is about to put up 25. This is going to be like that game Brimah scored 38 and looked like Kevin Garnett until the clock struck midnight and his coach turned into an offensive pumpkin for the rest of his career.
I think I'm going to delete this comment. It's not aging well...Almost halftime and zero points. He better get damn hot in the second half. :)

Indiana is terrible

Right, I know. And Duke's atrocious and if we played them at Cameron tomorrow we'd win by 20. Maybe we can just hold Castle out until the tournament. We're going to win every game by double digits anyway.
I don’t recall ever calling Duke atrocious. Indiana is objectively not a good basketball team. If we were to lose next weekend with or without Castle that would be a cause for concern. Texas is a different story

It’ll be competitive if we play like this again.
I doubt we do though. Some of the first half issues tonight were boredom and lack of focus. I don’t think those will be issues at MSG against Indiana

Hurley just said in the post game interview that Castle slipped on the court in the 2nd half against Stonehill and he's not sure how long he'll be out. Will know more probably on Thursday. Didn't give much information.

Also mentioned Castle didn't say anything about it until 2 days after the Stonehill game so they had no idea he was hurting. So can't be that bad. Crossing my fingers!

Team not sharp in first half and the team only played fair beyond Spencer, but to be a great team we need Castle. The other freshman don’t have his maturity. JMO.

No such thing as a minor knee injury. Swollen knee indicates strained ligaments/damage, at a minimum.
Maybe or maybe not. Suppose he knocked knees with someone and it’s a bone bruise? That’s not terrific either but it would be a far cry from ligament or meniscus damage. Let’s let it play out.

It has, he slipped on the floor against Stonehill, stop speculating

UConn's beaten every OOC opponent by double digits for past 12 months.

"potentially a longer term thing" Hurley.
But then he said it's minor and shouldn't be a long term thing. He didn't look worried about it but then again he said they just learned about it yesterday.

When Dan Hurley said they were waiting on things in warm up. He probably meant results from a MRI, x-rays, whatever (my guess).

My speculation based on absolute nothing. They didn't find anything. So it's a strain or pull or bruise but something that needs time to heal but major.
