Casey deserves a chance to play meaningful minutes

I don't see Casey in practice, so I cannot say if his play in practice has been good or bad. What I have seen is a team player who does not complain in public and has demonstrated a level of success on the field, albeit against the oppositions 2nd team. Based on this small sample size, it is my opinion that he deserves some game snaps that mean something. He has earned the right. Should he start? I don't know, but I do know that he deserves a chance to show us what he's got.

Nothing to lose at this point. Might as well. Lets see what we have, not only at QB, but at every position (without burning more redshirts)

Agreed. I'd like to see Boyle and Cochran split snaps for the rest of the season, if it can be managed. After a few miserable drives this past Friday, we could have inserted Cochran for a few series to see if he could have ignited something. We all know this season is toast so let's use the time to evaluate everyone on the roster.
