They're pushing a new appropriations bill meant to give young athletes and their parents all the facts about concussions.
The bill is backed by state Rep. Diana Urban and former UConn starting quarterback Casey Cochran.
I am not sure I completely understand the bill? The bill is to inform parents all the facts about concussions so when each child signs up for any sport (gymnastics, soccer, lacrosse, football, softball, baseball, golf) they will be given a document stating the facts?
