Caron Butler Praise

Hey all, long time reader, first time poster. Actually started following the Scout site right about when Caron started playing for us. Saw this article after the Clippers' win and really missed having him in a Husky uniform. Good to see him get some praise in what has been an underrated career in my opinion. Not really into posting my thoughts about things but didn't see anyone else post about it and the story was inspiring enough for me to want to share. Here's to a hard fought year with huskies who act as tough as this guy does.

You don't have to look far up route 195 to find out who helped to instill that level of loyalty and toughness in him. Great story, always loved watching him play for us, guy put out 110% every night. Great example and great model of the UConn program.

Caron clearly always had that inner toughness/fortitude in him and it clearly manifested itself playing for Calhoun. I'm proud he played for our program and I'm proud of the man he is. Didn't think the Clips would win this series but now I don't doubt them, Caron starting with a broken hand has to fire up the whole team.
