While most of us are focusing on Oregon or Super-duper;

I've enjoyed following Carla's Tigers on the road at Dartmouth (Friday) or Harvard (today).

Since its not far from my St J. Winter abode, I buzzed down I-91 to Hanover to take in the game.
After a slowish start the Tigers ran away with the game for a 30+ point win
Impressive switching D really limits opponents shots...Those Princeton kids really understand defense.
Reminds one a little of??? which team?

Then 2 hours down the road to Cambridge; (not for me) surely a past midnight arrival and a 5 o'clock with Harvard.
No problem: 60-46 and it wasn't that close. The game was on premium ESPN.

I don't see how they will be left out of the top-25, this week.

Interesting coaching factoid: Carla and her assistants dress caz at times: slacks and a sweater
but all are in high heels (very); unusual fashion quirk.

I love it. Okay, I admit it. I just love Carla and her style.

I am sure as she has the opportunity to schedule tougher OOC games, they'll get in the top 25 much easier.

Still belongs on the general board when will you ever learn

Let's get Princeton v. UConn on next year's schedule!

With Alerie graduating, what is the expectations for next year?

Actually, it does not (belong on the General Board). The UCONN women's board is not just for current UCONN players and teams. It's for anything related to UCONN WCBB.

Certainly a thread about Nykesha Sales at UCF or Tamika (Williams) Jeter at tOSU, or any of the UCONN players in the WNBA or Team USA, or in this case, a comment about Carla at Princeton - all belong on the UCONN Women's Basketball page.

The ONLY threads that belong on the general are those that have ZERO to do with anything related to UCONN hoops - past, present, or future.

It will happen but at times, with the Big East coming up, it will be hard to do for a couple of years.

Yeah. I think the BE with UConn in it will make the home and away scheduling for each unmanageable. They will probably need to come up with some other structure in order to have a strong enough non conference schedule.
