Cards or Gators?

While we're pissed off... our defense that beat UL lost its coordinator to BC.

I'm going to go punch myself now.

Ow.

Holy cow... onsides kick lost, stupid penalty, UL makes 'em pay right out of halftime.

With all the sandwiches we had this season I will take solice knowing we not only beat Louisville but we beat tbem up too! Regardless of if theyhang on to win it makes that win for me even sweeter!

Number 51 for FL is going to either have a stroke or get booted for something stupid

Gotta hope Ville hangs on here. They are still in the Big East next year and they are coming to the Rent, they could be a top 5 team next year when we play them

Did anybody see the "chop block" called on the FG. We didn't get a replay but I watched what I could see from the original twice frame by frame and can't figure out the call by any definition. 1 guy on 1 interior lineman on the line of scrimmage mostly blocking up high. Guy next to him engaged with another player. Looked like a totally made up call.

The horrible Big East will be 5-3 in BCS games and 26-14 overall in bowl games. Such a shame that the best bball conference and an adequate football conference was destroyed. The way the media talked about Big East football over the years you would think the conference never won a BCS game and would be way below .500 in bowl games.

This game goes to show what a great Quarterback means to a team. We haven't had a decent one for almost a decade. (Though I think Whitmer will eventually be one).

This actually makes me sad.

At least Sean mentioned this and gave kudos to the BE for being underrated. Just wish he threw in the ACC being like 3-9, or something like that, in their last 12 BCS Bowl games.

If there was ever a time for a squib kick that was it. They could have given up some field position to avoid the runback. I still think FL is done if the Ville can stay focused.

He can't throw that in, since that would be making fun of his beloved Syracuse's new conference.....(but I had the same thought as well)....

So P beat a team on the road that will finish the year ranked in the top 20. Edsall is still waiting to do that.

What percentage of the louiseville team could get in to uconn

This was the BC Basketball argument when we beat them a 100 games in a row. Stanford and Northwestern (Even Duke and Vandy) have pretty decent programs these days.

Sorta makes his performance against the rest of the schedule somewhat inexcusable. This was his MO at Syracuse the last couple of years.

This is true. P needs to look himself in the mirror and ask himself why he struggles to get his team motivated for teams he should beat.

Those losses are why the Louisville win is meaningless.

I don't know if this can be chalked up to Florida not being up for this game, but Texas A&M and Louisville exposed traditional SEC defenses this year. Uptempo offenses give these defenses fits.

This is another reason why Notre Dame has a very good chance against Alabama.

Good thing Florida did not have to play Louisville in Kentucky. No one beats the Cards there . . . certainly not a team that couldn't even win their division let alone conference championship. Nice little program though, Gators are even thinking of giving their coach a third year on his contract since "he's not really playing with his kids".
