Captain?

Has a team captain (or captains) been named for this year yet? I'm fully expecting Kelly to put this potentially VERY special team on her own back, and I hope she is selected. She leads by example in a manner that inspires the younger players, and she deserves the honor like no other....in my opinion.

I think Kelly and Bria are definites, and CD or Stef might also be selected. Surprise selection might be Heather. I know she has not contributed much on the court, but no one questions her commitment to the team.

Caroline has been one of the captains for the past 2 seasons, I suspect she will be named one again this year.

hmmm, Kelly and CD are definites. (CD was one with Tiff last year I believe). I would also think Bria.

Maybe Stef, but how many does one need? Heather would be a surprise, but I don't see that happening.

CD, Tiff and Kelly all were captains last year. I think Bria does take Tiff's spot.

Kelly, Bria and Stef will be joining Geno for BE Media Day on Thursday (per Jim Fuller). I'm sure the coaches are recognizing/rewarding Stef for the work she put in over the summer.
