As it should be, unless you freely chose to donate a few bucks to them when they were open when nobody was in Hartford that night, which I'm sure happens a lot.

You can park for free in the big lots to the east of the Bushnell.

Yes, it's a six or seven minute walk from there to the XL center,
but it's a nice evening, and the walk will do you good.
