Please, someone, work non-stop with Carlton on catching the basketball clean. He has terrible hands. Some guys are slow, and don't get offers to D1 programs. Some can't jump well, an obvious limitation in their game. Good hands ( the ability to catch most passes cleanly) are equally iymportant if you are going to be effctive at this level. And, let's not go crazy with pushing the ball into him. Carlton has been a puzzle: do something well, make two mistakes, get something else positive, then three more screw ups. A little more consistency and he could be more of an asset to this team. 7.) Get Polley more looks for a jumper. But don't go crazy with these falling away/ moving away threes. Square him up. 8.)
