Can we get JUCOs through admissions?

I know P tried with a couple of kids and couldn't get them through. We need some JUCO olinemen. I don't know if what is currently here will ever develop to a D1/FBS level. I have seriously seen better olines on FCS teams playing against FBS teams this year. Nova and Stony Brook to name a few.
