Can we get a question mark emoji?

I feel like it would be a quick and easy way to ask for clarification when you don't understand what someone's trying to say. Not a big deal though. I just thought it might be an easy add with the upgrade of the site.

I removed the background from the image @temery found, but the board won't let me upload a png (and jpeg's aren't transparent).

Periodically I see a post where my first thought is that an emoji with the caption "Look at my thumb. Gee you're dumb!" would be the perfect reaction. Is there any way we can pull that off as an enhanced thumbs up?
