I fear that I am going to watch the BE tournament tonight and actually enjoy it. This will only make me wish UConn was in it = much worse than putting it out of my mind entirely.

I've watched the NCAAs enough times without UConn (even if they are in, there are always days they aren't playing) that it can still be almost fully enjoyed. Hopefully the NCAA will still be fun and we can all root for a year of incredible upsets and a totally random mid-major dominated tourney, perhaps even a mid-major champion. Go Zags, VCU etc..

But the final BE tourney with no UConn is a bummer. I'm ok with the scoreboard falling onto center court, injuring no one and rendering the game unplayable. Only small solace is that only two teams will end the original BE era with a win and The University of Connecticut is one of them.

There's a major plot problem with the remake. If N. Korea ever attacked the US, they couldn't keep their troops under command for very long. Because we have food here. And beer.

I'm actually rooting for L'Ville. I'd like them to be defending champion when UConn kicks their butt in next year's misfit toy tourney.

I am watching it as I type,and enjoying it. Great game but I hate, hate, hate Syracuse.

My son's girlfriend is a Michigan State grad ,so I am renting them for the tourney.

Aaaand the Big East tournament doesn't know the confereince is going in the shitter, it still provides the excitement.

People will wax poetic about that game but it was brutal. One uncalled mugging after another. Can appreciate the intensity but the officiating is brutal.
