Can Only Embed link name, not the video or article.

I am almost certain this is something I have done with my computer, not a BY issue.

When I go to embed something in a post, it will only display the link, it doesn't show the sneak preview of the video or the article. I used to be able to do it all the time, but now you see what it looks like below.

It is most definitely a setting on my laptop because this works fine from my phone.
