Breanna Stewart set a UConn record with 105 points in last year's NCAA Tournament. She has 40 in the first two games this season. IMO, she has a chance to break it this week or surely next, if they continue to win.......Go Breanna!!!

The 105 points came in only 5 games. She'll play a lot of minutes in the next four games. She could score a total of 90 or more points in those games.

DT has the UConn record of 157 in 2003 and Maya is second at 144 in 2010, both in their junior years, making them #3 and #5 all-time in the NCAA.

Not sure who has the sophomore record, but Maya at 124 would be a possible candidate.

Yeah, with the pretty balanced scoring on this year's squad, I can't see Stewie averaging DT's 26.2 ppg. But there are other unique records in reach, and Stewie will focus on them. And if she gets 17 more blocks in the next 4 games, she'll match Lobo's record of 22 in a tournament.
