Cam DeGeorge's RS was burned vs Cinci?

I was looking through the participation reports to see whose RS was burned so far this year. I only expected to see Zecchino and Allmendinger but I also saw that Cam DeGeorge was included in the Cinci game participation report (I also may have missed other Freshman in the other reports).

Did anyone notice him in during the game? He is #70, according to the roster, if that helps. I hope it is a mistake because it seems silly to have burned his RS.
