It's a basic 3 out / 2 in setup that you could probably install with an eighth grade team in an hour or so. He just has really good players executing it. Calhoun's "struggles" with half court offense always seemed overblown to me. His offense was predicated on playmakers. It looked pretty damn good when he had them.
