I couldn't quite make it out but I think he said that the pain from the stenosis is gone and he only has soreness from the incision. If I heard correctly, that is great news.
 
If anything, I really think his absence and being away for such a good amount of time showed him that he'd be miserable if he retired and not be around the game. Add that with Jim wanting to go out on his own terms as well as wanting to see the Bball facility finished, he has no interest in retiring anytime soon.
 
id be thrilled to get two more seasons out of coach. play out next year win the national title again the year after and retire in style.
