**The website I was looking at (wikipedia) did not have Honorable Mention slots listed for 1993, 1994, or 1995. It's entirely likely that Marshall was Honorable Mention in 1993, and that someone like Donny Marshall or Doron Sheffer were Honorable mention in 1994/1995.

And, even more glaringly, that he is 1st on the all-time NBA list for three-pointers made.
