I think the bulk of industry experts would say that cable trumps DSL when considering ISPs. I really don't think anything greater than 50/10 is necessary for the average user. Google Fiber is offering symetrical 1 gig connections, which is blasphemy and really not needed TODAY. You aren't going to see Google Fiber here in CT anyway, it was more an example.

Yes, but for Husky games, you miss out on the brilliance of the chatroom. There is that one moment of brilliance, the "fort the ead" moment, that happens once every decade that makes the idiocy of our in-game selves tolerable.
