Looks about as it should be!!!! Although UCLA , Stanford, and Arizona should not be in the Top 10. Louisville, South Carolina, UConn etc would thump those PAC 12 teams pretty easily IMO.

If only the powerful Panthers of High Point hadn't lost... they could have moved up to #34..... which would have been their all time highest BY ranking

But could they beat Nicholls?

Of course they could. We are talking about FGCU-North (aka HPU) They would rain three's down on Nicholls like a tropical storm drops water pellets on a gulf coast state.

Congrats to UConn on being able to get 1st Place Votes after losing to Arkansas!

NC State dropping to 6th after losing in OT without their best player seems a bit harsh, but yay for subjectivity and the freedom to vote however you wish!

Big gainers: UCLA (#7 to #4), Ohio St (19-11), Tenn (26-19), WVa (27-21)
Big falls: NC St (3 to 6), Mich (9-13), Kentucky (13-17), DeP (15-20)
Drop out: Syracuse (20) & MissSt (21)

Arkansas goes 2-2 for the period but still moves up 3 spots.

Over the past month, the big movers are Ohio St (21-19-11), Tenn (30-26-19), WV (x-27-21) on the upside and Kentucky (10-13-17), Miss St (15-21-28), Texas (16-25-26).

Funnily enough, I wasn't able to participate last time and I was bullish on almost all the upward moving teams and bearish on the decliners. Obviously one voter can't change things too much, but most of the decliners are roughly where I would have ranked them last two weeks ago.

The only teams whose prospects really changed my view over the last two weeks were Ohio St and Tennessee - both had big questions marks for me and answered them.

For an even more in-depth X-ray, I'll show the frequency distributions by dividing the BY25 into tertiles, with rather natural divisions determined by placement ranges.

Below are teams 1-8, each of which appeared on all 21 ballots, with none below #12 on any ballot:
