Hear ye, all ye faithful voters, hear ye the results of yet another outstanding Top 25 from the Boneyard! In this poll, we saw Ohio State fall from their lofty #2 ranking as they stumbled thrice in a row against Iowa, Indiana, and Purdue. Iowa somehow leapfrogged four places showing that the Hawkeye's losses are a distant memory. South Florida reached a season high rank of #25 and debuted in the poll for the first time this season. Villanova took advantage of losses from Oklahoma and Arizona to quietly sneak up to #20 on the heels of a near upset.
Columbia continues to gain traction as the best of the Ivy -- inching ever closer to joining the Top 25. UNLV, Middle Tennessee, and Gonzaga continue to fly the flag for the mid-majors as poll stalwarts Tennessee, Baylor, and Oregon continue to somehow (and perhaps reasonably) garner votes for their efforts this year.
