1. Early on, Tarris getting tackled every time he touches the ball, and the refs are ignoring it. Looks like it'll be a long night.
2. How long does it take to review a play that is blatantly obvious? One look from the end camera, and there should be no question. It's obvious it went out off Butler. Still took the refs a minute and a half from looking at the replay to come to a decision.
3. Approaching 11 minute mark. Not getting a good vibe. Settling for and missing threes with no one in rebounding position.
4. Sweet move by Mullins at about 6 minutes to tie the game at 30.
5. Half time, and we're up 41-38. Can't seem to get any distance from them.
6. 5 minutes into the 2nd half, we're up by 8. Biggest lead of the game so far?
7. I've noticed tonight that Hurley spends every timeout in a huddle with the players. Matta spends almost every one in the ear of the nearest ref.
8. Double doubles for Reed (16 points, 10 boards) and Demary (11 points, 10 assists). Reed was 3 dimes from a triple double.
9. Statistically, it was a pretty close game, for the most part. We won the battle of shooting percentages, 51, 42 & 78 to 48, 36 & 75. On the boards, dimes steals, and blocks front, we went 33, 22, 5 & 7 to Butler's 26, 21, 6 & 4.
10. Having trouble deciding between Solo and Demary for my player of the game choice. Heck, I've got to put Tarris in there too.

We won a road BE game by 10 so it’s good. We have enough talent to prevail against BE teams probably except St. John’s, but it’s imperative we get that monkey off our back. It’s going to require fair reffing plus a big 40 minutes of defense.
