Finished the game with 17 points and 17 rebounds. Areil Atkins finished the game with 24 points but fouled out, along with three other Duncanville starters.

Texas has two commits from this game: Areil Atkins (Hoopgurlz 2014 #4) and Jordan Hosey (Hoopgurlz 2015 #3), who had 14 points for Manvel. Those two are going to be a dynamic duo.

Texas has been recruiting like gangbusters since GG left. It seems she never was accepted by the locals. Aston is doing very well, however, and of course she was an assistant coach under Conradt (and Mulkey), so she is familiar with the area and has a connection to the Conradt dynasty.

Brianna Turner has excellent athleticism and I'm excited to see what Muffet and company can do with her next season.
