I love a little good schadenfreude as much as the next guy, but the FBI letter basically says we have stuff that subject to FOIA but we aren't obliged to give it to you. That could be be as simple as a copy of the Nike/KU contract. It also says we may or may not have more stuff that is not subject to FOIA, we're not giving you that either.
Not a lot to hang your hat on if you are hoping for a perp walk at KU in the near future.
