It wouldn't be four. He projects the leader to win the conference so it would be SMU, UConn, and Cincy. Teams like Houston and Memphis would not be close to making it since they have been 13 and 14 seed autobids. And if SMU were eligible, I'd bet the life savings that either UConn, Cincy, or SMU wins the autobid.

Tulsa is listed as next four out, that would be 3. We are all aware on how and why he has 3 in on that projection.
