Bracket Question

For those who have experience in understanding how the brackets are put together, I have a question:

How accurate are Creme's projections in terms of to which regions the top seeds are placed? Creme has UConn in east region with the semi and final games being played at URI.

Having brothers that live in Connecticut and Rhode Island, I'm tempted to get tickets for the regional games in hopes the Huskies will be playing there. But since this involves flying back home from the mid-west, I'd like to know how good a bet this is.

I can't imagine a scenario in which UConn is placed anywhere else.

Agreed. The Top 4 are relatively easy to predict and just as easy to predict their placement. It gets tricky/perplexing/unbelievable/fair/unfair/understandable/unfortunate after that.
