On Bascom...........You got that right !! I didnt know that she was so explosive.

It is heartening to see Tiffany getting praise and appreciation from admirers and doubters/bashers alike. She has always played her heart out but occasionally either the shots didn't drop or the early fouls sat her down. It happens.

What is perhaps even more heartening is the seeemingly overnight expansion of the rotation to include Stokes and Banks. Geno has more options now and of course he knows how to use them.

Back for a moment to Tiffany. The only knock on her was the argument (that I refused to join) that she was not consistent. I have taken the side that felt that she was simply not fully appreciated. Permit a quote from Lyndon Johnson to illustrate my point (or at least bring a smile to your dial).

"If I went to Arlington, Virginia, went down to the bank of the Potomac River, then walked across the river to Washington, the headline in the paper next morning would read: 'PRESIDENT CAN'T SWIM.'"
