Colorado, Kentucky, and Syracuse are down for the count: have to be out of the rankings tomorrow.

K-State upsets West Virginia- So West Virginia, with no wins against quality teams, has got to exit tomorrow as well.

K-State back in? They're ranked #27 in the AP poll.

Mississippi State with a convincing win against LSU. M-State stays where they are.

Will voters trust Tennessee not to revert to their bumbling ways? I wouldn't bet on them. I wouldn't want to vote them into the Top 25, and then see them record bad losses. Too unpredictable for me. And Kentucky was bound to drop out anyway.

I actually think they're a tince better
Not a whole lot
Just crept over the complete embarrassment line.
Enough for the bottom of the top-25
and perhaps, just maybe
a 1st or 2nd round meeting with UConn in Bridgeport

I thought SC had to have a more convincing victory against Bama to move ahead of Miss St but them being undefeated might keep them there ahead of us.

The good thing about MSU being ranked ahead of us and undefeated is that they come to the CLAW in 2 weeks and will really put that undefeated streak on the line.

Voting someone into the top 25 has nothing to do with "trusting" them to avoid any more bad losses.

Tennessee has now beaten Stanford and Kentucky. Those two wins are a lot better than a lot of the "ranked" teams have.

After a comfortable, fourth quarter lead, Tennessee made a valiant effort to lose to Kentucky. There was no apparent on-court leadership. Deshields waited for the offense to create shooting space and when they didn't, on her own, she provided the winning margin. The lack of intensity was visible, this for a team struggling to climb back into some sort of respectability, late in the game, the Vols seemed nonchalant, almost lazy. Granted, Holly isn't Geno, but somebody needed to get on the culprits and get their individual and collective attention. Pat would have blistered their ears. It may happen for the Volunteers. They could make a late-season run, because they have height and talent, but even with today's win, it was not encouraging. For a Husky fan, feeling sorry for Tennessee is a new emotion.

Gonzaga lost to 2-9 Peppperdine and to 3-7 Pacific, this past week. Adios from the top 50, and not even close to the Top 25
