Officially it's Champps - Uptown Park, corner of W. Loop 610 and Post Oak Blvd. We have an old school Husky flag flying there.

The one in Houston is the original. It's awesome, laid back and definitely has some great Husky mojo from much time spent there over multiple visits in 2011.
