If we get one more person, we can run a 14-team league that I can commish and then start a group chat to get it all in motion and hopefully draft next week.

I'm sort of glad that we ended up only doing 12 teams instead of 14, because as barren as the waiver wire is with 12, I can only imagine how much worse it would look in a 14 team league. Lol
Especially with players seemingly going down left and right this year.

When we had the 14 team league, iirc we only drafted 15 players so that helped a little but if you had a meh draft it was hard to recover.

There are some really good players several teams have stashed on the bench, but there isn't a lot of depth in the waiver wire.

Rough week for me. Current #1 in my league but bye week for:

1. Josh Allen QB
2. Ja'Marr Chase WR
3. Drake London WR

Unfortunately the only QB avail in last 3 weeks was Sam Darnold - Minn who is no Josh Allen.

Likely will lose this week then bounce back for the playoff cutoff.

One game left in the regular season, all but 1 of the 6 playoff spots are locked up. I'm holding down the #6 spot and barring a complete collapse by my team, should clinch it even with a loss this weekend.

Proud to say my team has been a wagon since starting 1-3, even though the top of my draft is weak (Hill at 2, Deebo at 23).

Getting Lamar Jackson in the 5th has been clutch and my middle round RBs have been have been valuable adds: Swift (71), Warren (95) and especially Chase Brown (98).

I'm not in the league this time. But in my other league I had a huge lead going into last night. My opponent only had Jamies Winston. Winston: 497 yards passing, 4 TDs. The 3 INTs helped but not enough. Even worse, I had Trevor Lawrence in my SuperFlex spot. .24 points before he was knocked out.

I have the highest point total in one league and the second highest point total in another and my record is 6-7 in both. I can’t stand fantasy…

Proud to say my team has been a wagon since starting 1-3, even though the top of my draft is weak (Hill at 2, Deebo at 23).

My team is being held together by fortunate waiver wire pickups (Jonnu Smith, NWI, Caleb Williams). I think I only have 5 of my original draft picks on the team still (Bijan, A. Jones, Pacheco, Ferguson, and Tucker). And might cut loose Ferguson and Tucker soon.

I like my team. It’s funny the AI Yahoo after our draft graded my selections as the worst in the league. So much for AI knowing anything about FF. I have a few buy week players to work around this week but my core is strong.

Welp, not quite the finish to the regular season I wanted, but looks like my team will back its way into the playoffs as the #6 seed at 7-7. Might be a tie for the last spot, but I own the tiebreaker so I'm good there. Ready to be bounced in the 1st round. Lol

I think the playoffs aren't as predictible since you never know which players will be held out of all or parts of games going forward.

I gotta say, that was an epic championship game. Thought whoever had Purdy was toast when he went down with an injury late in the 4th, but then Jennings hit Kittle with a pass that gave the Purdy owner just enough to win the title by half a point!

Not in this league but in the championship of my Dynasty league last night. Opponent had Goff. I had Gibbs and Jamieson Williams. Williams scores on a run - yay me. Goff goes nuts to LaPorta. It was looking grim. I was given a 1% chance. I thought, ok, I need Gibbs to break a run for a TD, it's my only chance. A few seconds later he does and I'm the champ. Wouldn't have happened without OT in Washington the night before, as I had Daniels.

It's cool how Fantasy gives us an interest in these games.

I had another weekly league with Goff and Laporte and came out of nowhere in that league too! I knew it was going to be a shootout with so many injuries on defense for both teams. Really fun to watch game!

Congrats man! But brutal loss for youbetter. If Jennings doesn't run it in for a TD, good chance Guerendo gets a shot for a TD. But yay to fantasy football for making people care about an otherwise meaningless game. Lol
