I can do it again now that I'm down 90+lbs from last year. I tried dunking last year and broke the hoop and my son was more that a little irate.
Congrats on the weight loss. Losing nearly a C-note is impressive.
 
And I'll just add that this site: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ Is very useful for tracking calories & learning how much of X or Y food you can eat (brown rice has way more calories than you think, btw).

You'll be surprised at how the weight just kinda falls off once you start moderating your portions. I've gone from 195 to 183 in the past 4 weeks and it's mostly due to portion control.

Portion control mind game that really works.

Get smaller plates. If the plate looks half empty before you start eating, you're brain is already convinced it's not enough food. If the plate looks full, your subconscious believes you've eaten a full portion when you finish.
