Not sure in all these decades I have ever thanked the admins, volunteers and all who run this wonderful, outstanding, addictive and informative website.

Just know that we don't take you for granted or are unappreciative due to not recognizing your contributions and success! You've helped me through COVID, poison ivy, helped me impress my wife with all the vacation/restaurant/events suggestions, etc. Learned so much beyond basketball and this community of friends has helped me in ways I can't fully describe. I'm sure I am not alone.

This has always been the best website in the world long before we won Championships. Can't imagine life without you.

We see you!

The steak thread is invaluable although it’s been dormant lately. People in my circle still wonder what on earth I’m talking about and might be slightly impressed in some cases when I say I sous vide my steaks when it’s too cold to cook them on the grill outside. I’ve gotten mocked, ridiculed and straight up laughed at after taking steaks out of the bag/water before searing, but the same folks then eat their words when they see how perfectly cooked they are when cut into. Our friend’s 10 year-old son actually just asked Mrs @StllH8L8ner when I’m making steak again so I know it’s good because he usually doesn’t talk to anyone. I never would have trusted putting steak into a vacuum sealed bag and submerging in water had it not been for this site. So thank you!

This is beautiful. We complain about each other all the time. Yet we all come back. Multiple times a day. It is the only social media I use. I am obsessed with UConn basketball and I want to hang out with other people who feel the same way.
But the BY is still not complete with our biggest fan.
Hey @temery Can you get Big Red to join???

I’m with you on the sous vide but who can buy steak anymore when a decent steak is $18 a pound or higher? I’m thinking of raising a steer in my yard but I think it’s against the zoning.

And yes! I very much appreciate the work that is done to operate and maintain this site. Tremendous job!

Nope. He's smart enough to stay away.

And I love the fact all these years people think Fishy is a real person.
I always hate to ask these questions, because in the case of the @Ewekon party mystery, we found out that there was an unfortunate reason for the empty courtyard. (Glad @Ewekon is okay and back to contributing)
But where is August West?

Get the steer and then hide behind the American Disabilities Act. You'll be fine. Therapy cow.

I too am thankful for The Boneyard. Been here for ten years now, right thru the summers. I have a great appreciation for the information flow as well as 99% of the posters, well, something like that, but definitely the man who started all of this and keeps it going. Thank you!

I’m a relatively new Boneyard poster (couple years), but I have been obsessively checking this site for many years. Yes, we probably all should seek professional help when we are checking a thread in July to about what Hurley ate for breakfast, but it shows how incredible this fan base is.

This is by far the best fan forum out there.. Thanks for keeping this going, and for giving us an outlet. Does anyone have any stats on how many divorces the Boneyard has prevented (or caused if checking the site more than 50 times per day)?
