Best team in the country, UConn

Methodology, Eye Test

Eye test, certainly. All 5 starters can carry a team. Routine margin of victories that mean the outcome was never really in question. D, rebounding, toughness. Elite freshman, super seniors and sophomores. Not only #1 and defending Champs, but also sustained excellence likely given all the superb aspects of the program...

Really not great for mojo but I’ll do it anyway…do you think we could slow Edey down enough in a potential match up down the road?

I don't see Purdue as being that much of a threat to UConn with the exception of Edey. 1,2,3 and 4 positions - UConn much more talented and versatile for their Boilermaker counterparts. If Purdue played in the NBE they would not be as successful.

The answer is yes, but It wouldn't matter. They would have to slow down all 5 of our guys.

Thanks for making this free instead of a subscription.

How can we be number 1? We didn't need 46 FT to beat Northwestern at home. Ahhh!!!!

They're not making that far. They have to worry about Central Connecticut first
