So, Goldfish crackers has a pitch man named Boban Marjanovic. I am not an NBA guy but know he was signed out of Europe. Question...what made him the Goldfish guy? Is he widely known as a funny and charismatic dude? The coaster commercial is funny, too.

In Serbian, boban roughly translates to bag and Marjanovic means of golden fish.

He broke into the nba with the Spurs. After his first year he was a restricted free agent and Detroit offered him 3/21 mil. He told the spurs he would decline the offer and stay with them. They explained to him that while his loyalty is appreciated, he had to except the offer from Detroit because San Antonio could not come close to matching it. Boban seems like a class act.

Not sure if that video mentioned it, but Boban and Tobias Harris have been on multiple teams together and have done a lot of comical promotional team videos, usually under the name Bobi and Tobi. So that's why Tobias is in the commercial as well.

yes he's as funny as he is big. has an entertaining youtube series that he started in the nba bubble and he's BFFs with tobias harris.
