Besides Boatright, Scoe and Alex were the best UCONN players on the floor last night. Olander, Napier, and Daniels are all one in the same limited players who are unable to contribute anything more than turnovers for us and be liabilities defensively.Your delusional if you think a lineup of olander, daniels, and napier is a better product on the court than a Roscoe, Alex, and Boat trio.

I never said I didn't want those guys to get minutes, I just said that your lineup (Boat, Lamb, Roscoe, Alex, Drummond), would create more problems than it would solve on the offensive end. You simply can't have AO at the 4 and Roscoe at the 3, they're both one position too "low".

I want Alex at the 5, cemented in the low post, and Roscoe at the 4, moving around the high post and the baseline and creating problems in the center of the zone. That lets our true guards play on the perimeter.

Kemba always had the potential to be a great leader. Yes, he was under the tutelage of Price, but Kemba always had that X-factor in order to be a great leader. Boatright has that X-factor. I have no doubt he can really step it up.

It was about a week ago everyone was ready to toss AO to the wolves. Now he's a warrior and needs to play 35 minutes. That ought to make everyone who wants to say Shabazz is hopeless think for a minute.

Boat has potential to put up third-year-Kemba-like stats or better if given the opportunity to be the leader. At this point, that leadership spot is his for the taking. Starting lineup for Cuse should be Boat, Giffey, Rocoe, Olander, and Oriakhi. If Boat gets in foul trouble, bring in Allen.

UConn, playing up to their full potential, could and likely would, lose to Syracuse in Syracuse. It's how you lose that matters.
