You should be able to transfer mobile tickets. I've done it for football. There is info on transferring tickets in the ticket section of the UConn athletics website.

You can take screenshots and text them to someone else. The QR code is static. UConn does not use dynamic tickets like Gillette or MSG does. You can also transfer them as uconnric said but it can be complicated if the other person does nto have an account set up on the uconn athletics website.
